Time Lords works with trusted sellers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to provide high-quality jewelry and luxury items. Our Seller/OEM Warranty Policy ensures that both sellers and buyers are protected.
Warranty Coverage: Items sold through Time Lords by sellers or OEMs come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faults in craftsmanship. The length of the warranty period will be specified for each product.
Warranty Claims: If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the buyer can submit a warranty claim. Upon verification, the item will either be repaired or replaced at no extra charge. In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund may be offered.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Items that are altered or modified after purchase are also not covered under this policy.
OEM Responsibilities: OEMs must honor the terms of the warranty and provide support for items sold through Time Lords. Failure to comply with warranty obligations may result in removal from our platform.
Transferability: The warranty is transferable with the product to subsequent owners, provided the original proof of purchase is presented.
