Time Lords offers a platform for sellers to connect with buyers, ensuring a fair and professional marketplace for luxury goods.

Item Authenticity: Sellers must ensure that all items listed are authentic and accurately described. Misrepresentation of products, including diamonds, watches, or signed pieces, will result in immediate removal from our platform.

Listing Standards: Sellers are required to provide high-quality images and accurate details for every product. Any failure to meet these standards may lead to suspension of the seller account.

Transaction Process: Time Lords provides a secure platform for transactions. Sellers are responsible for shipping items to buyers in a timely and safe manner, using our approved shipping partners when applicable.

Commission & Fees: A seller’s fee will be deducted from the sale of each item based on the agreed-upon terms during the onboarding process. Fees are clearly outlined in our seller agreement.

Customer Service: Sellers are expected to respond to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
